Get a Grip Cycles partners with Leon’s Triathlon

Get a Grip Cycles proudly announces our partnership with Leon’s Triathlon! Leon’s was one of the best known races in the Midwest and after 15 years will finally return on June 6, 2010. Leon’s pioneered the amateur national championships, attracted the top athletes in the country, and has been credited with the moniker “World’s Fastest Triathlon.” Held on a completely closed course in Hammond, IN, the race is less than an hour drive from Chicago so there is no excuse for not putting it on your calendar. There will be full media coverage, including helicopter cameras, with national exposure. Triathlete Magazine has listed Leon’s as one of the most anticipated races of the year. Get a Grip Cycles will be on site providing bike support with two of our mechanics, one of our bike fit professionals, and great enthusiasm for the historic return of Leon’s Triathlon.
